Most recently Carter created the popular Chrome extension SEO Site Tools, which now boasts over 41k active users, but he was interested in technology from an early age. After creating his first website in the 5th grade, he continued to develop his programming skills in many different languages including ASP, ASP.NET, PHP and Perl, as well as good ol' JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Search engine optimization quickly became one of his favorite hobbies and he has worked to build tools to help SEO analysts do their job faster and get to the metrics only Google can see.
